The Reservation Terms and Conditions for your stay at The Drayton Hotel.

Check-in and Check out

We welcome your arrival from 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time and kindly request your departure by 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request. Additional fees may apply. Guests must be 21 years or older to book reservations and must present valid identification upon check-in.  

Charges

Non-Refundable rates require a full deposit of room and tax at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Non-Refundable rates cannot be modified or canceled. These modifications include date changes and shortening or lengthening of stays. Upon check-in, your method of payment will be authorized for the length of stay of nightly rates plus taxes with an additional incidental amount of USD 100.00. The final amount of your stay will post at check-out. 

Your Reservation

Because of the unique characteristics of our historic building, every room is unique. The rooms may vary slightly from the images on our website. While we do our best to honor your room type reservation, we cannot guarantee that specific rooms will be available. Included services and amenities are subject to change and availability at the hotel's discretion.

Changing or Canceling your Reservation 

We will do our best to avoid having to cancel your booking however, where necessary, we reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time. In such circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund, and we will have no further liability to you in relation to the cancellation. In the event of over-booking, we will assist you with relocation to an alternative hotel.

To make changes or to cancel your reservation, please contact us by telephone at 912-662-8900 or email at concierge@thedraytonhotel.com. We will confirm with you if changes are possible or will provide email confirming if a change is possible. 

For rates that have a flexible cancellation policy, reservations must be cancelled by 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, 48 hours prior to your arrival date. For reservations cancelled after 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, the credit card provided will be charged the equivalent of one night room and tax for the room type reserved. The cancellation charges also apply if you do not show for your reservation. Pre-paid or non-refundable reservations are charged the equivalent to the full reservation amount.

Destination Amenity Fee

We charge a non-refundable Destination Amenity Fee of USD 32 plus tax per room per day to provide an exceptional experience at The Drayton Hotel and in the Historic District neighborhood.

  • Counter Culture drip coffee from the Drayton Coffee Bar at your leisure from 7:00 am Eastern Standard Time.
  • Complimentary sparkling wine available from the hotel host.
  • Exclusive experiences and discounts with local partners in the Historic District.
  • Selection of global newspapers and magazines to read on your digital device when on The Drayton Hotel WiFi.
  • High-speed WiFi and casting in room from your personal devices.

Food and beverage amenities are one per person per day based on double occupancy and not cumulative.

Pets

We welcome dogs and a maximum of one dog per room for a one time non-refundable fee of USD 150.00. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are required to meet our pet policy guidelines and will be subject to the non-refundable pet cleaning fee. Sorry, we do not allow other animals.

Parking

The Drayton Hotel offers valet parking only. Valet parking is USD 48 per night. The valet garage has electric charging facilities upon availability. For self-parking, a selection of parking garages are adjacent to the hotel on Drayton Street and limited street parking is available on streets and squares surrounding the hotel.

Firearms

We recognize that hotel guests and visitors may legally possess firearms. This policy is intended to create a safe and secure environment for all who visit the hotel by providing appropriate guidance over the custody of firearms on the premises. The hotel prohibits firearms on hotel property. The hotel prohibits persons from carrying or otherwise possessing a firearm on hotel property, including carrying firearms in an open or concealed manner. This policy applies to all firearms, regardless of whether the firearm is a handgun or a long-barreled gun. The hotel reserves the right to request guests and visitors who fail to abide by this policy to leave the hotel premises. Failure to leave at the request of the Hotel may result in the police department being contacted, and may subject you to further legal action for failure to abide by this policy, including trespassing. This policy does not apply to credentialed law enforcement officers.

Smoking Policy

The Drayton Hotel is 100% smoke-free. No smoking, electronic cigarettes, or vaporizing devices are permitted in guest rooms or any premise of The Drayton Hotel. If we believe smoking has occurred in your guest room, we reserve the right to assess a $250 cleaning fee to the credit card on file. 

Damage and Loss

For any damage to your guest room or items are missing from your guest room, we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file to remedy the damage or losses.

Security 

The Drayton Hotel credit card transactions comply with Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards, and we do not sell guest information.
